About the show
Helen Tzouganatos is a gluten-free cookbook author, television presenter, food photographer, and recipe developer. Passionate about creating delicious gluten-free meals for her family and friends, she started her gluten-free food blog in 2015 as a creative outlet.
Helen's gluten-free journey began 15 years ago when she discovered she was coeliac during IVF treatment. This diagnosis explained her infertility, lethargy, anaemia, and constant exhaustion. Once she eliminated gluten from her diet, her symptoms disappeared, and she eventually fell pregnant. Now, she is a proud mother of three healthy children who enjoy her gluten-free cooking.
Over 14 years, Helen has mastered gluten-free cooking. Her simple, fresh, and flavorful recipes are easy to follow and time-efficient. She has perfected dishes like crispy baked quinoa-crumbed chicken, making gluten-free meals enjoyable for everyone. Helen's blog offers practical and delicious recipes that even gluten-eating friends will love.
